Loch Lomond
Feb 2014 Meet me in Ardlui
It was Valentine`s day and we decided to go out for lunch.
We decided to go to Arrocher. Sadly after four goes we couldn`t find a place to eat.
So we back tracked back on the Loch Lomond road and headed north.
Ardlui is at the top of the loch and great place to watch the sun go down.
Sadly today the weather was poor. We decided to stop at the Ardlui hotel for lunch. Really nice hotel in a perfecting setting.
Food was good and we really enjoy the atmosphere.
After lunch we headed south with a stop at Tarbet. Here we spoke to a professional photographer who was capturing the loch.
Last stop is Duck Bay for a cold drink.
Even when the weather is duff it`s great to get out and see our wonderful country.

The Ardlui has a Marina.Which offers berthing facilities for boaters sailing up Loch Lomond from the South.
The Caravan Park is situated behind the hotel and it offers caravan parking and camping pitches.
