We travelled from the city of Las Vegas. We then took the Greyhound from Flagstaff to South rim. You walk to the edge of the rim and it`s there,

The Grand Canyon is over 200 miles long and it is 11 miles wide at the South Rim. The mighty Colorado River flows through the Inner Gorge over a mile below the South Rim viewpoints…Take a lot to beat these views.
