Welcome to Seattle July 2015
The city was our gateway to Alaska. We stayed two night before leaving on a cruise.
Also on return we spent another night.
First visit we stayed in The Edgewater
Wonderful hotel on water front.
On return we stayed at the Crown Plaza.
Thanks to British Airways who cancelled our flights.
Great views from our bedroom window >>>>>>

The Olympic Sculpture Park is a public park in Seattle, Washington that opened on January 20, 2007.
Father and Son is a fountain installed where the sculpture park meets Myrtle Edwards Park. The sculpture includes models of a nude father and son reaching for each other but the other is obscured by the water. The artist explains that the nudity and obscurity represent vulnerability and the way male familial relationships deteriorate.
