Hamburg to Edinburgh Ryanair .
Run down on our nightmare last Thursday.
Nightmare--
Turn up no staff to bagdrop
Q to door -- long q for bag search .
Then passport control.
Wife --asked about entering Germany twice in one day.
Finally through .
Sat down at Gate -- Now gate change.
Then delayed an hour. The bar has been shut. THE BAR HAS BEEN SHUT.
Oh they now cancelled gate number. Oh forgot we got drugs search of case.

On plane. I was chatting to a friendly --Air steward. He agreed with me it would be good customer service if some one apologise for the five hour delay. Every one will have great difficulty getting home after midnight. From behind me the head steward butted in. With it not being our fault their plane had a technical fault. I replied it would be cool if we were told that. It was going to be a pain for everyone to get home so late. She reply I have got Bearsden to go to and she stormed up plane in a bad mood.
