River Clyde --The wonderful Clyde -Fills me with pride.
Join me on a photographic journey down the River Clyde.
The river starts way up in the Lowther hills and flows through many famous places and ends up in the Firth of Clyde which flows into the Atlantic ocean.
Some of the most famous ships in the world were built on the Clyde.
Clydebank. It is said that over 35000 ships were built in the ship yards of the town.The river flows 106 miles and is the second longest in Scotland.
Glasgow is built around the river and so many families left from the Broomielaw to sail to far off lands. Hoping for a brighter future.
