St. Moritz
In 1864 the first Alpine winter resort was born here in St Moritz.
We visited in July 2019. So we missed the buzz of Ski season. The town
has twice hosted the Winter Olympics. It s still a wonderful place to visit during the summer months. We really enjoyed our time there and left with great memories.

We arrived by the Glacier Express and while we were there we travelled on the Bernina and the Gornergrat Railways.
We had the pleasure of using a few of the town`s cable cars.Which are free if you use St Moritz Travel Card. You get stunning views over the surrounding peaks and transport to the various mountain walking trails.
