Toronto--- There`s more than a cool tower
Toronto is the largest city in Canada. The provincial capital of Ontario. It is located in Southern Ontario on the north western shore of Lake Ontario. Toronto is a relatively modern city. We enjoyed it very much.
The weather was not perfect when we were there.
The Strathcona Hotel was our base. Cool place to stay.

Great place to take photographs . Take the lift to the top of the CN Tower . Here you get panoramic views of the city. Take a trip out to Niagara . The world famous falls are stunning and easy for us point and shoot photographers.
Night shots are a bit more difficult.

- The Rogers Centre (formerly SkyDome) is the world's first sporting arena to feature a fully retractable roof. It is currently home to the Toronto Blue Jays (baseball) and theToronto Argonauts (Canadian football).
Toronto's City Hall is one of the city's most distinctive landmarks. Built to replace its predecessor — now known simply as Old City Hall — its modern style still impresses today (it has been used as a backdrop in American films to depict a city of the future.
Yonge-Dundas Square is the city's newest and flashiest public square, located across the street from the Toronto Eaton Centre, a large, popular shopping mall. It`s long enough to have Toronto Transit Commission subway stops at both the northern and southern ends of the mall.
We took the ferry over to the Ward Island just to take photographs of the Toronto Skyline.
