Zugspritze is the highest mountain in Germany.It is very easy to reach the summit.We had the pleasure of taking the cable car right to the top during our 2022 adventure.It is 2,962 above sea level. It spans the frontier between Austria and Germany.It`s fun standing between the two countries.
There are wonderful panoramic views.It was our first visit and our first day of our 2020 holiday .There is a restaurant and rest rooms.
The Cable Car boasts the world’s highest steel cable car support tower (127 metres) as well as the world’s longest free span, covering 3,213 metres. The resulting total vertical drop of 1,945 metres over one section of aerial rope way represents a truly record-breaking feat of engineering.

Even in July snow is every where.We had not bad weather.Which gave us a chance to see the Alps at their best.
