We had an over night stay in this Bavarian town. It was perfect
place for us to stop on route to Bad Reichenhall. Not too far from Munich Airport. Lots of good places to eat and drink.
It has the world's biggest wheat beer brewery and one of Europe's biggest spa and water parks.
In the morning we had the pleasure of wandering round looking
at Erding`s colourful buildings which reach back as far as the 14th century.

Very picturesque
The Schöne Turm, also called The Landshuter Tor, is the last surviving gate tower of the old town of Erding.
Sempt is the river in Erding. Sempt is situated nearby to the quarters St. Paul and Kehr.
Frauenkircherl - Little Church of Our Lady
Town has a population of 36,469. I got the feeling it was much smaller.

Erdinger is the world's largest wheat beer brewery. The beer is widely available and popular across Germany and the European Union. Erdinger was founded in 1886 by Johann Kienle.
