We enjoyed a swim in the lake.Very popular pass time with the locals.
I missed the bottom and dipped under the water and enjoyed a mouth of water.All part of the fun.

Lake has a real fairytale appearance.Would not be out of place in Switzerland or Austria. The Julian Alps,the picturesque church and a
medieval cliff-top castle.Stunning.

Pletna cruise
One of the highlights of our time at the lake.We took a wooden flat-bottom boat called a Pletna boat. Pletna boats date back to 1590.
The are made by the locals.Great way to travel across the lake.Chance to photograph the surrounding area.

Great memories
We enjoyed famous Bled Cake.It is sold all over the town,It`s made for us tourists.Enjoyable and filling.
The 6km walk round the lake is easy enough, and provides the beautiful vantage points
