Provand's Lordship The oldest house in Glasgow
Provand’s Lordship was built in 1471. and is one of only four surviving medieval buildings in Glasgow. Was part of St Nicholas's Hospital.
In 2024 the house reopened after repairs to the roof, chimneys, and downpipes. Doors and windows were replaced to original styles and protection against rising damp has been added. The walls outside look completely different. The guide inside said it was turned back to the original design.
