Tortola, British Virgin Islands
The start of our Carribean adventure. We docked at the main island of Tortola. The biggest island. It means turtle Dove in Spanish. Chistopher Columbus is said to have named it.
Road Town, located on Tortola, is the capital of the British Virgin Islands. It is situated on the horseshoe-shaped road Harbour in the centre of the island's south coast.

Capital isle of Tortola
There are colourful markets selling souvenirs. There is the usual Caribbean buzz. We loved it there. Reggae music everywhere.

We stopped at Soper's Hole Marina. It is arguably one of the most picturesque anchorage in the British Virgin Islands. It is located on the western side, off Frenchman's Cay.
Stoutt's Lookout Bar - Windy Hill on the island. A great place to enjoy a rum punch. The host is a very knowledgeable guy.
