Lockerbie
I always thought the town was a great place to stop when travelling home from England.
Sad to say Lockerbie is known around the world for the tragic events of December 21, 1988.
A terrorist bomb blew up Pan Am aeroplane over the town. All 259 passengers were killed. 11 locals were killed in Sherwood Crescent.
To this day it`s deadliest terrorist attack to have happened in the United Kingdom.In respect I have not included any images of the street.
