Do you believe in Ferries.
For many years I have travelled my homeland by car,bus and train. When I head to the Scottish islands I have to travel by ferry. This adds an extra buzz to the whole journey. Easy way of getting far. As you may know I have travelled a bit and taken many wonderful boat trips. Star ferry Hong Kong-Staten Ferry New York-ferry up the Grand Canal in Venice are all superb but there is something special about crossing over to the Islands of Scotland.

The weather can make a wee bit of a difference but I enjoy getting up front to feel the wind in my face and get the best images.
Caledonian MacBrayne [Calmac] operate most of the passenger and vehicle ferries in Scotland. They travel between the mainland of Scotland and 22 of the major islands on Scotland's west coast.
