Christmas reunites families around the world. It's a special time
Growing up in the centre of Glasgow. It was the highlight of the year.
We didn`t have much but it was magical.
This year <2020> sadly it`s going to be the worse ever but you have to make the most of it. Health comes first.
I have been to some special places at Christmas so
Join me as I show you around the continent during the festive time. Christmas markets started in Germany but Eastern Europe has  some wonderful Christmas events.
Edinburgh and Glasgow have now their own markets.

Top tips for visiting Christmas Markets

• Always take cash. Some dont accept cards,
• Take suitable clothes. As always layers are best.
• Always think before you buy. Will you like it when home.
• If possible, try things on. Sizes may not be as label.
• Take a note of places of interest are near the market. You wont
• need all day at market.
• Sometimes the atmosphere is different depending on the time of day.
• There are tons of food stalls but not often enough for a full meal.
• Good way of warming up is to order a mug of punch
• You’ll may be asked for a deposit per mug, which you get back when you return it. You can keep it if you want
• Check out the opening times. Different markets different times.
