Here are a few of the highlights of my three visits to Orlando . These pictures have been scanned from the old style photographs. Walt Disney World has four theme parks, twenty-four onsite resorts, two water parks, four mini-golf courses, an interactive/video game park, and a shopping and nighttime entertainment area. Given all that there's to do, becoming familiar with all your options will make for a smoother trip! Magic kingdom covers 107 acres and has seven themed "lands."
It is based on the original Disney park, Disneyland in Anaheim, California.

My favourite Theme park in the whole world.
The minute you walk through the gates you are made to feel like your in a movie.The music adds to the atmosphere.
Universal Studios Florida opened on June 7, 1990, the park's theme is the entertainment industry, in particular movies and television. Universal Studios Florida inspires its guests to “ride the movies”, and it features numerous attractions and live shows. The park is one component of the larger Universal Orlando Resort.

Epcot was one of my favourite theme parks in Orlando. World Showcase was the highlight
World Showcase is a large area reminiscent of a permanent world's fair containing eleven pavilions, each themed and dedicated to represent a specific country. The eleven pavilions surround the World Showcase Lagoon, a large man-made lake located in the center of World Showcase with a perimeter of 1.2 miles. In clockwise order, the eleven pavilions include:

In Walt Disney's words: "EPCOT... will take its cue from the new ideas and new technologies that are now emerging from the creative centers of American industry.

Dueling Dragons--Scary two rides. You get off one and you have to do the next.
The dragons will duel no more. Dragon Challenge upon the re-opening of the attraction and that the two roller coasters would be renamed as Hungarian Horntail and Chinese Fireball.

- I had the front row for the Hulk
- The Hulk launches riders upward 150 ft. and reaches top speeds of 67 mph.
- The ride has a total of seven inversions and two subterranean trenches during the 2-minute 15-second ride.

Wet 'n Wild is permanently closing on December 31, 2016.
2023 Family returned to Gatorland

Gatorland is known as the Alligator Capital of the World. A 110-acre theme park and wildlife preserve. It was founded by Owen Godwin in 1949 and has been privately owned by his family since then. Great fun holding a baby alligator.
Shamu -Sea World
SeaWorld Orlando has many live shows and attractions including rides and animal exhibits. One of these attractions. Turtle Trek, actually combine the two, with both an animal exhibit followed by a 3-D movie.
It`s right at the bottom of International drive.
We stayed to the very end and stood for the national anthem.

Above is my family and Lindy . We first met Lindy at Orlando Airport.
She drove us to our hotel on International Drive. She offered us a deal to transfer us to the parks. We had a family pass for the parks so it ended up if we took her son with us. She would transport us for free.

Wonderful memories in pictures --Tower of Terror was Scary.Sizzler I drive was one our favourite breakfast stops. My son is at the Hulk --Nerve wrecking experience.
