Wild Greylag Geese at Craigmaddie Reservoir in Milngavie, Scotland.
​Today we had the pleasure of taking a walk round a reservoir not too far from our home in Clydebank. It`s an easy walk with great views towards Glasgow but today`s highlight was a special bird.

These geese have grey,brown and white plumage and an orange beak.I has long pink legs. A big Goose.

 Greylag Geese live in the UK, Sweden, Finland and east central Europe but migrate south to Southern Italy, the Balkans and to North Africa (Algeria and Tunisia).Their are very social birds and can be found in small groups and families, or in large flocks. I was lucky to spot a large flock close by.
