The Top Of Europe        The Jungfraujoch  
Put it on your bucket list. Its amazing. Expensive but worth the money. It`s fun. Wear clothing to suit the weather. Better layers. Can be sunny at the bottom ​and freeeeezing at the summit. The average temperature during the summer months varies from around -9c to 1.7c degrees. Yes that`s in summer.
We had seat reservation. Strongly recommend it.

Superb-The highlight of our 2022 trip to Europe.

• We started by riding Eiger Express  from Grindelwald
•  Then on to the Jungfrau Railway which went through the north face of the Eiger to the highest railway station in Europe.Which is on the Jungfraujoch mountain.
•  3571 m above sea level

The roof of Europe 
The Sphinx is the highest view point on the mountain. Look out for the Aletsch Glacier, 22km long and up to 800m thick. The mighty Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau massif soaring almost vertically up from the valley. This whole area is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Eiger Express is the most modern tri-cable gondola in the world.

Switzerland at it`s best.

Ice Palace was nothing we hadn`t seen before. There is three tunnels of ice that take you through to the Ice Palace at Jungfraujoch.
Jungfrau-Panorama is a 360 degree film. It shows you the magical world of the Jungfraujoch as it changes through the four seasons of the year.

There is also- the highest chocolate shop in Europe.
