St Maarten, Saint Martin
France and Holland on one island. We took an Amigo Tour  around
St Martin. Very good. Driver was fun and the scenery was amazing.
 My tour started with a drive by the Great Salt Pond towards Coralita Bay, a natural reserve.

We stopped at Paradise View for a panoramic view over the Orient Beach. After that we headed down to the pure white sands.
Orient Beach has over 30 bars, restaurants and we seen the sign for the naturist resort.

After the beach we drove to Marigot. The capital of St Martin.
There is a bit of a  French atmosphere to this town.

Next was my highlight. Maho beach. Where planes fly just meters above the beach. Everyone looks in the distance to spot an incoming flight. Then the excitement builds.
Camera`s at the ready.The aircraft fly's over our heads as it lands at the adjacent Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM). Really exciting place. Well worth a visit.

• They was complimentary refreshments: Water, Soft Drinks, Beers, Guavaberry Rum Punch on the bus. 

The tour wines down with a journey through Simpson Bay towards Philipsburg with a photo stop on Cole Bay hill. We finished our day with a visit downtown Philipsburg. Fun place

Well St Martin was fun and a small bit different from the rest of the Caribbean.
