Campies in the snow
Another Saturday-Another roadtrip
The winter weather made road conditions not perfect but our diver GB was up for the trip. In fact he loved the adventure.

We decided to go to the Cross keys in Kippen for lunch. We were not disappointed. Warming my backside at the coal fire was perfect for such a cold day.Food and beer was good too.
Our journey started by driving along the picturesque Stockiemuir road. Passed the Carpeth inn. It`s Underdevelopment but hopefully up for business soon. It is now owned by the management of the Oaktree in Balmaha. I m confident it will be excellent.
After a short drive we pass the popular hill- The Queens view.
The views are getting better and better. Ben Lomond is infront of us. The snow makes the landscapes look so special.
Next up are the pretty villages of Drymen, Buchlyvie and Arnprior. We have stopped here many times but Kippen was our final destination. In fact the Crosskeys what we were looking forward to.
We had been before so we knew the food was good. Great village pub. It`s 300 years old and has a resident Labrador.
Great day out. Snow, Sunshine and some cool images.
