Ben Nevis
A challenge but doable. If you have a good standard of fitness go for it. It`s a grind. Main footpath in summer takes around 3½ - 4½ hours although it can take longer.Take your time is no race. Descending Ben Nevis in summer generally takes around 2½ hours to 3½ hours. The path is well built and easy to follow in clear conditions on a summer's day, deteriorates out near the top as a result of the rocky terrain.
BE WARNED THE WEATHER CHANGES SO QUICKLY.
