Kuşadası is a beach resort town on Turkey’s western Aegean coast. Second bite at Turkey. We visited during our Cruise 2016.It’s a major cruise ship destination. There is a promenade, marina, and harbour. Just offshore on Pigeon Island is a walled Byzantine castle that once guarded the town, connected to the mainland via causeway.
Bit disappointed with Kusadasi- Would n`t advice a weeks holiday there. We were there for only a few hours. Maybe I never gave it a chance.
Yes Kuşadası has a Bazaar like most towns in Turkey. Yes they sell rip off designer gear.
Yes have the usual Asda price patter.s But that`s Touristy--Turkey.You get fed up with it after a while.

Kuşadası is the second busiest cruise port in Turkey, after Istanbul,
Tons of ancient ruins, religious sites, castles, and traditional villages are close by.
Good beaches both south and north of the town. South of Kusadasi is the ladies beach, lost paradise beach and the long beach.
