The New Central Gurdwara Singh Sahba
Berkeley Street Glasgow
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and learning experience. Fabulous hospitality. Really felt at home.
My knowledge of the Sikh religion has grown a wee bit.
Love how the Glasgow Sikh community has a willingness to bring together the people of all faiths in the city.
£8 million Gurdwara took 16 years of planning, fundraising and building.
Another great Glasgow Landmark.

Today we enjoyed a super brunch in 1082. It is situated in the Finnieston area of Glasgow. A Brunch restaurant. Andrew and Laura joined us. The food was brilliant, and the service was excellent. Well worth a visit.
After 1082 Andrew and Laura headed up to town to do a bit of shopping and we walked to Kelvingrove park.
On route we stopped to admire the Golden roofed Sikh temple.
Amazing building. A woman smartly dressed in her Indian Sari came over and asked us to come in and have a look round. I had been there for the opening, but my wife had never seen inside.
Come in. The Temple is for all not just my religion.
Inside we took off our shoes and put on a Headscarf on and in we went.
Great atmosphere and friendly people. They even offered us food.
Great people. The inside of the building is special. Very colourful.
Central Gurdwara is well worth a visit.
Would like to thank Narinda for her time and knowledge.
