Finnieston Five
3rd Feb 2017
Another night out in my City. This time I head to the Westend. How Glasgow has changed. The Westend was only Byres road,The University area and Partick.
Now it stretches from the Bag of Nails [bottom of Byres road] to the Strip Joint across from Anderston Police station. This area has been completely transformed from the days of working man`s pubs to trendy wne bars with expensive foreign beers and cool cocktails.
Did you know? Finnieston, the narrow westerly strip of Glasgow recently topped a list in The Times of the "hippest place in Britain
